Mettez ici vos problèmes ou les résolutions de vos soucis
Des problèmes / crash ont été soulevés durant cette Beta, voici le lien pour les résoudre : http://forums.eugensystems.com/viewtopic.php?t=59633
Some of you encountered problems when starting playing the Beta. We are very sorry for this and are working on fixes that will be released as soon as possible. In the meantime, here are temporary solutions:
The Beta crashes after the Graphics Autosetting :
Kill the game's process in Windows by pressing "Ctrl+Alt+Shift", then select the "SteelDivision.exe" process and click on "End task". Start the game again, you will see a prompt suggesting to use the last working configuration, answer "No".
The Beta crashes after changing the graphic options :
This can happen when the game is set in "Fullscreen". You can change these settings in the Option.ini file located in C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games\EugenSystems\SteelDivision
Open the .ini file, and change the value WindowFormStyle = 1 to WindowFormStyle = 2.
Save the file and start the game again.
I have a "Missing File Privileges" message :
The problem comes from Steam, to solve it, just uninstall the beta from your Steam library, reboot your computer and reinstall the beta.
The Beta crashes at Startup :
Check if there is an "Alpha" version of the game > Sometimes, we put in the "Alpha" version the upcoming updates in order to test them in real conditions. In your Steam Library, right-click on "Steel Division: Normandy 44", then on "Properties" and "Betas". In the drop-down menu, select the "alpha -" version if available, download and start the game.
I'm using Windows 7, and the game won't start / crashes :
In order to play Steel Division: Normandy 44 on Windows 7, you need to have the Service Pack 1 installed. You can download it here or use Windows Update.
I have two graphic cards in SLI/Crossfire, and I'm having problems :
Try to deactivate the SLI configuration. On nvidia cards, go to the Nvidia Control Panel, and click on "Do not use SLI technology" in the "3D settings" menu. On AMD cards, you can configure the Crossfire for Steel Division following this process.
Once deactivated, delete your "Option.ini" file located in C:\users\<your_username>\Saved Games\EugenSystems\SteelDivision.
The game doesn't run properly on my AMD card :
Try to deactivate or uninstall the Raptr Gaming Evolved & Plays.tv softwares.
Check that your computer meets the Minimum System Requirements:
- OS: 64-bit Windows 10 / 8.1 / 7 Service Pack 1
- Processor: Intel Core i3-2100 (3.1 GHz) or equivalent
- Memory: 3 GB RAM
- Graphics: 1 GB AMD 5570 or nVidia 450
- DirectX: Version 11
- Network: Broadband Internet connection
- Storage: 32 GB available space
- Sound Card: DirectX Compatible Sound Card
Update your graphic card drivers
Check the Steam files integrity
- Open Steam, and go to "Steel Division: Normandy 44 Beta" in your Library
- Right-click on the name of the game on the list
- Go to "Local files" > "Verify the integrity of game files..."
